I'm Tom Senek, and I run Alpine Digital, a web design business serving Taos and the Enchanted Circle. Buyers here ask the same questions every time: Is it on a well? How old is the septic? How is it heated? A listing site puts those answers, the photos and the seller's upkeep history in one place you can share with a link or a QR code.

- Key facts: price, beds, baths, square feet, lot size, year built
- Room-by-room details: finishes and features
- Utilities: well or town water, septic or sewer, propane or natural gas, electric, and internet options
- Upkeep history from the seller's own records: roof, furnace or boiler, water heater, well, septic, and recent repairs and upgrades
- Area notes: the road, the views, the drive to town, nearby trails or the ski area
- A way for buyers to reach the listing agent, right from the page
- Printable fact sheet with a QR code back to the page, for showings and flyers
- Your brokerage name on the page
- Optional: a video or guided photo walkthrough I shoot on site, or a 3D tour
It works alongside your brokerage's own listing pages and the MLS. It doesn't replace or rebrand them.

Frequently asked questions
Does this replace my brokerage's site or my MLS listing?
No. It works alongside them. It's one extra page for one home, with your brokerage name on it, that you can link from anywhere.
How fast can you have it ready?
Once I have the photos, the key facts and the seller's upkeep and utility info, I aim to have the page ready within a day or two. Gathering the seller's info usually takes the longest, so I send a simple checklist at the start.
Can you use my existing 3D tour?
Yes. If you already have a 3D tour, I'll embed it free with Basic.
What happens after the home sells?
I switch the page to a “Sold” banner. Then you choose: I take it down for free, or keep it up as a “Sold” page ($49 for 12 months).
What do you need from me?
Photos you have permission to use, the key facts, the seller's upkeep records and utility details, a few notes about the area, and your brokerage name as it needs to appear. The upkeep section is presented as the seller's own information.
